Best Handiwork Pals in Palworld (early, mid and late game)
Handiwork is the stat that decides whether your base builds itself or stares at you. These are the picks that actually finish things.
Handiwork is the quiet MVP stat. It builds structures, crafts at the assembly line and makes spheres while you are off dying in a dungeon. Stack it early and the whole game gets softer.
Every Pal below is listed with its real Handiwork level from the current game data, where it spawns, what else it can do at your base, and a breeding route in case the wild spawn keeps ghosting you.
§What Handiwork actually does
Handiwork Pals work the Primitive Workbench, Production Assembly Line and every structure you place. Higher level means faster work and, for some jobs, access to work you simply cannot do at low level. Condensing a Pal to 4 stars bumps its work level too, which is why the tables below show both numbers.

§Early game picks (first few hours)
You are not getting a legendary at level 8, so grab whatever has the best Handiwork number you can actually catch:

§Late game picks (the flex tier)
Top of the food chain for Handiwork. Expensive to get, absurd once you have them:

- Also good at
- Gathering 4, Transporting 2

- Also good at
- Medicine Production 6, Transporting 3
- Breed from
- Only breeds true from itself — you have to catch this one
Bellanoir Libero
Handiwork 6 (Lv 8 at 4 stars)
- Where to find
- Wild from around Lv 45 in roaming spawns and dungeons
- Also good at
- Medicine Production 7, Transporting 4
- Breed from
- Only breeds true from itself — you have to catch this one
§Can't catch it? Breed it
Breeding in Palworld is not random guessing — every Pal has a hidden breed rank, and the child is decided by the average of both parents (with a pile of special pairs that override the rule). Practical version:
- Flaracle — Dualith x Knocklem
- Sekhmet — Tropicaw x Flaracle
- Verdash — Bakemi x Splatterina
- Solenne — Blazamut x Bellanoir Libero
Heads up: Selyne, Bellanoir Libero only breed true from themselves, so there is no shortcut pair. Bring better spheres and a lot of patience.
- 1Build a Breeding Farm and keep Cake stocked in its chest.
- 2Drop in your two parents (one male, one female).
- 3Grab the egg, incubate it, hatch, repeat.
- 4Once you have the Pal you want, condense duplicates to 4 stars for the extra work level.

§Base setup that actually works
- Keep Handiwork stations inside a tight radius — walking time is wasted work time.
- Beds, food and a hot spring stop the "my Pal is depressed again" spiral.
- Do not overload one base with every job. Split jobs across bases and let transport Pals move the loot.
- Check work suitability before you release a Pal: a lot of ugly early Pals quietly have great secondary jobs.
Handiwork scales with count, not just level — three decent workers beat one legend standing in a corner.
